Installing and running tools
Please refer to the tool's user manual for instructions on installing and running tools. Some manuals can be downloaded separately from the Manuals page. The FAQ section also answers questions about pay per hour tool installation and execution.
Tool support
E*ECAD provides first level email support free of charge for all tools purchased through E*ECAD. Phone support is also available at no extra cost during business hours at 1-866-EECAD-SUPPORT (1-866-332-2378).
Additional in-depth technical support from our EDA tool provider partners is available on a pay-per-incident basis. Your E*ECAD credit pool must show a minimum positive balance of $50 to generate a vendor support ticket. You may initiate such a request by describing your issue on an online form. An Applications Engineer from the tool provider will contact you shortly to resolve your issue.
