| Username & Password Restrictions: |

| E*ECAD user names must be between 4 and 20 characters in length, consisting of letters, digits, underscores (_) and hyphens (-). Passwords can be as long as desired and can be any combination of letters, digits and other characters. User names and passwords are both case-sensitive. |

| For increased security, E*ECAD recommends that passwords should be at least 6 characters long, using a combination of upper and lower case letters, and numbers, wherever possible. If you have forgotten your password, a new one can be sent to you. |

| You must be using a browser that supports cookies and the browser must be configured to accept cookies. You will not be able to log into your E*ECAD account if your browser cannot accept cookies. |
